Method for acquiring a printed copy of the report: We distributed the printed version of the full report to authors in thanks for their efforts, but we did not do a large print run, due to environmental impact and cost. We are collecting names of those who would like to order a printed copy, which will run between $100 and $150 each, depending on the size of the order.
